BACK COVER BLURB:
The eldest daughter of a clan of perfumers, Alithia must secure her family’s endangered livelihood by retrieving an ancient relic in the fabled north of the neighboring mountain realm. But the rules and tradition of Hurranni society forbid her from making the journey alone. Alithia must take a shield pair as husbands
With many competitors vying for her hand, Alithia proposes a contest: those who can best pleasure her, wins. The victors are Taith and Phelan. Two strong and able men from an unknown clan, their own beliefs play havoc with the woman they both want. As two societies are joined in a tenuous union, their quest begins.
As emotions run high and ecstasy runs wild, Alithia, Taith, and Phelan are bound to together by the dangers of the journey, by a clash of cultures more intense than they ever imagined, and by a twist of fate that will change their lives forever.
Lynette's Two Cents:
This cover blurb sucks. It's hard to compress this story in a paragraph or two. Don't let Flame Seekers awful back-cover blurb fool you, this is an excellent story.
I'm not normally into fantasy romance. They bore me. I'm not normally into ménage books, because to me someone is always the third wheel. Very rarely can I feel the ménage can have a happily ever after. Having said that, Flame Seeker is freaking awesome, go forth and buy. I'm serious, go buy this book. You won't be disappointed.
I'm going to gush like a fan girl, so please excuse me for a moment. Flame Seeker's world-building was superb. I loved the characters and rooted for them every step of their journey. I loved the plot, it never bored me. I never thought about skipping or scanning a page. When I closed Flame Seeker, I kept wondering when the next book was coming out and considered finding the author and stalking her to get her to rush and release another book.
I keep trying to write more to explain the depth of characters, plot, and emotion, but I keep failing. Flame Seeker is more than a fantasy, as it is so entrenched in the characters and their journey. The tiniest details about a characters' back-story is layered so realistically that you really feel for them. Flame Seeker is more than a ménage, as the author has layered in the culture of the world and the characters' personalities so realistically that you believe it would be impossible for any of the three main characters' to be complete without the other two. Flame Seeker is more than an erotic romance because the sexual relationship (which frankly isn't that much, after the heroine discovers which shield pair she's going to choose as her husbands) isn't the focus of the story. Oh my God guys, the sexual scenes actually advance the plot. Can you believe that!
I've found a new favorite author in a genre that I'm lukewarm too. For me that's saying a lot. I'll stop gushing now and go re-read Flame Seeker.

An A+ wow! Thanks.
Yes. I don't give them out often, but I really loved this book.
Sounds like the blurb didn't do it justice...I l loved getting books when my Waldenbooks closed, though it made me sad, it made look at things I normally wouldn't have. I kinda wished I would have found this one...
Liked the review...may have to find this lil gem..
