Friday Ramblings: Ain't My Blog Pretty and A Snippet in My Life
I woke up really late today after a restless night (reason coming soon) to the best Christmas present ever! A new blog design. My girl LEONTINE did this for me. Isn't she full of awesomeness! Aren't you jealous of me for having someone as awesome as Leontine for helping me out? She's had my back from the moment I started my blog and she saw the crappy design I first started with and she's been helping me make my blog look pretty ever since. So I owe her, love her more than words can say especially as she's dealing with a horrific loss right now, and I admire how she's still reaching out, and still being the amazing person she is despite the crap life has thrown her way!
Anyway, I still have some tweeking to do and I'll be doing that once the holiday stuff winds down some. As I'm so behind with my holiday preparations, my mother is in town, and I have a Christmas Dinner to cook for a bunch of people and haven't even gone grocery shopping yet. Fun times!
The reason I had a restless night is as follows. This is what it looked like when I went to bed last night.
The one on the left is me. The one in the middle is Chunk. The one on the right is the hubster.
This was about 1:00AM in the morning. I woke up to this. That's me on the left at the top of the bed. That's Chunk sprawled out on the middle. That's the hubster streched out on the right. I should also add that Chunk has an aversion to blankets so he was lying a top the blankets and mine weren't covering me all the way.
This is about 5:00 AM. I am on the left hanging off the bed. Chunk is sprawled across the bed like he's the king of the castle, and the hubster finally got fed up and just sprawled out on the floor.
And this was how I woke up this morning. Hubster was still on the floor. I'm still hanging off the edge. Queen had left her bedroom and crawled in the middle of the bed and Chunk is still sprawled across like the King of the mansion. LOL!
I hope you and your family have a Happy Holiday season. As for me, I'm off to jump in the shower and hit the grocery store.

Not sure anyone else is having this issue - but I can't see your blog in Firefox now. It starts to load, hits a snag, the screen goes white and it stays in perpetually loading mode. I'm thinking it might be one of your slideshows? Maybe??
However, I can see it fine in IE - so it's not like you're totally lost in cyberspace :)
It's not just you. I'm trying to figure it out. Hopefully, I'll have it fixed soon!
